Ordinary passport with more than one year remaining validity; Applicants currently residing in China also need to provide a scanned copy of the current valid visa page or residence permit page.

Issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.

Both degree and graduation certificate should be provided for applicants who finished their previous degrees in China; Graduating students can provide pre-graduation certificate, indicating the expecting time for graduation, and the degree certificate must be submitted before registration.Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized English translations.

*7. Scanned copies of undergraduate and master transcripts

Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized English translations.

*8. Recommendation letters from two associate professors or above

*9. Financial guarantee letter

The financial guarantee statement shall be submitted together with the guarantor’s ID certificate and bank statement (the minimum amount should be 30,000 RMB or equivalent foreign currency).

*10. Scanned copy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form

The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.

11. Supervisor’s acceptance letter

The Supervisor’s acceptance letter is not mandatory, but applicants with an acceptance letter will be given priority.

*12. Previous scientific research achievements

Scientific research includes published scientific research papers, patents, or officially certified scientific research awards.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
